Bernstein’s Bagels Albina, Portland, OR
Bernstein’s Bagels cares deeply about what they do—the owner-operated business hand-rolls and boils the best bagels on the West Coast. For their second location, in an historic 1894 building in Portland’s Albina neighborhood, we did a deep-dive into the architecture and decorative style of the period, and used that to inform our playful reimagining of the everything bagel bouquet from their original St. John’s location. All the imagery reflects the ingredients in an everything bagel—poppy, sesame, garlic, onion, caraway, sea salt, barley, and wheat.
